Engineering
The technical and engineering services are subcontracted to external Consultans Mechanical calculation according to ASME VIII Div. 1 & Div.2, PED, - ISPSL, PD 5500, AD MERK, and TEMA Stress analysis calculation and FEA performed with dedicated softwares like ALGOR, SUPERSAP & ANSYS. Thermal calculation for the heat exchangers Design and engineering of lubricating circuits Detail engineering Preparation of the instruction manuals of the equipments Preparation of the final dossiers The Company is engaged also for the following project management Control of subsopsuppliers Quality control to the subcontractors Preparation of the Quality Production Plan and internal expediting Quality control and preparation of the final dossier control of the fabrication Final test The technical management of the manufacturing is the full responsability of Lainox as well as the welding qualification and procedures completly belong to Lainox. Welding qualification are accordino to ASME IX, PED, & EN 15614 Welders qualification according ASME IX, EN 287 & EN 1418
